Diagnostic fee
$125
Flat fee for most problems. Covers the scan, live data and the testing to prove the cause. If yours is unusually involved, we’ll tell you before going further. Credited toward the repair if you have us do it.
Labor rate
$125/hr
Billed by industry-standard labor times, so you know the number up front, even if the job takes us longer. Compare it with the dealer.
Parts
Your choice
OE or quality aftermarket. We'll quote both when it makes sense and tell you which we'd put on our own car. Covered by our 24-month warranty.

- We look first. Diagnose or inspect, with photos and measurements.
- You get a detailed quote. Every part and every labor line, itemized.
- We go over it together. By phone, text or at the counter. What’s urgent, what can wait.
- You approve. Nothing gets done until you say so.
