Q01Do I need an appointment?

Appointments get you in fastest, and you can book online in about a minute. For warning lights and odd noises, call or text 603-818-3121 and we'll fit you in as soon as we can.

Q02How much does a diagnostic cost?

Our diagnostic is a flat $125 for most problems. If something turns out unusually involved, we’ll tell you before going further. The fee covers scanning every module, reading live data and the testing needed to confirm the cause. If you have us do the repair, the diagnostic goes toward the bill.

Q03Will you do work without asking me?

Never. You get a detailed, itemized quote with photos and measurements, and we go over it with you before any repairs. Nothing starts until you approve it. If we find something new mid-repair, we stop and ask.

Q04Will servicing my car here void my factory warranty?

No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act says a manufacturer can't void your warranty because an independent shop did the maintenance or used non-dealer parts. Keep your receipts. We keep a copy too.

Q05Does New Hampshire still require state inspections?

As of October 2026, NH DMV has suspended the state inspection program, so stations can't issue stickers. The EPA is reviewing a plan to end it permanently. You're still responsible for keeping your vehicle safe, and our Seasonal Safety Check covers everything the inspection did and more. We'll update this page if the rules change.

Q06What makes and models do you work on?

Cars, SUVs and light trucks from every major make, domestic, Asian and European. Not sure about yours? Text us the year, make and model.

Q07Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Qualifying repairs are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor. See the details.

Q08Can I wait while you work on my car?

For oil changes, quick diagnostics and many small jobs, yes. For bigger repairs, drop it off and we’ll text you updates. After-hours key drop is available.

Q09Can you give me a ride?

Ask us when you book. We’ll help when we can.

Q10Can I bring my own parts?

In most cases we prefer to supply parts, because then we can stand behind them with our warranty. Call us and we'll talk it through.

Q11What payment do you accept?

Cash, All major credit cards, Debit.

Q12Can I send a video of the noise my car is making?

Please do. Text it to us or attach it when you book online. A 10-second clip can save a lot of diagnostic time.

Q13Do you work on fleets or work trucks?

Yes. Local contractors and small business fleets can set up an account with scheduled maintenance and one monthly invoice. Call us to talk it through.

Q14How do your prices compare with the dealer?

Our labor rate is lower than typical dealer rates, and we use the same industry-standard labor times. Try the labor calculator to see the difference on common jobs, and check our coupons for bigger repairs. Either way, you get a detailed, itemized quote that we go over with you before any repairs.

Q15What should I do if I break down or get a flat?

Get somewhere safe first, and call 911 if anyone is hurt. Then check our free roadside guides: flat tires, jump-starts, overheating and warning lights. Or just call us.

Q16Can you check out a used car before I buy it?

Yes. Our pre-purchase inspection puts the car on the lift, scans it and road-tests it. You get a photo report before you hand over any money.

Car acting up?

Call, text or book online. Send us a photo or a video of the noise and we’ll tell you what we think before you even come in.
